4. WHEN TO TRAVEL?

Normally Spring [March – May] & Autumn [September – November] are the best season for trekking in Nepal's Mountain however we can do normal graded trekking even the Summer & Winter season but visibility might be poor due to the rain & cloud.                                

Spring is colorful season which is punctuated by the peculiar shower of life-giving rain but the heat slowly builds until the monsoon break arrives. During summer the Monsoon, moisture -laden wind, meet in the Bay of Bengal and sweep up across India to expend its force on the Himalayan mountain chain. Autumn is well-known for clear sky and pleasant temperature. By winter the high hills acquire dry brown shades and the mountains are infrequently covered with fresh snow.

5.HOW TO PREPARE?

Once your trip is booked and confirmed Gold Mountain Nepal Treks will send you a pre-departure things with all you need know before you come to Nepal, including detailed practical information like: visas, insurance, medical etc. We will provide a complete gear list if needed.

6. EATING & DRINKING?

Your all meals include in your cost during the trekking part. For tea-house trekking we provide 3 meals a day from the lodge/tea-house’s menu and for camping trekking our trained cook and assistants will prepare delicious and quality meals for you 3 times a day. All drinking & bar bills won’t be included in your prices.

7. SHOPPING & SPENDING?

Here are many gorgeous handicrafts produced in Nepal. Nepal is famous to shopping for Buddhist Thangkas, Paintings typical weaving from various regions, Pashminas, Hand-Knitted woolen wear, Tibetan rugs and carpets, jewelry and more.
