Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu [1,338m/4,389ft].
Upon your
arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport you will transfer to the hotel by
our airport representative. After your freshness we will have talk about
your trekking plan in the hotel or our office. You will meet your guide also.
You can ask your question about the trek. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Full day Sightseeing Tours around
Kathmandu Valley.
After your
breakfast we will start sightseeing tour with our excellent tour guide.
Including Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Monkey Temple (Swyambhunath
Stupa), Kathmandu Durbar Squre, Patan Durbar Squre etc. In the tour you have to
chances to learn historical, cultural and traditional background of Nepal.
Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Flight to Lukla [2,848m/9,344ft] and trekking to Phakding
[2,652m/8,700ft] 3-4 hours.
After
having breakfast, you will transfer to airport with our guide to catch your
flight to lukla. The exciting flight takes 45 minutes. The flight will pass
through the stream valleys and most amazing mountains which makes it a
unforgettable & major experience to you. After landing your flight in Lukla
your trekking will start to Phakding which takes 3/4 hours walking. Through
this episode you can explore stunning view of Mt Kusum Kangaru(6367m) and Mt
Nupla(5885m). Stay overnight at hotel in Phakding.
Day 04: Phakding to Namche
Bazaar [3,440m/11,280ft] 5-6 hours.
Today,
your trek will start after your breakfast to Namche Bazaar. The path follows
the wonderful forests and Sherpa villages by passage through the Dudh Koshi
valley. Along the trial, you can explore brilliant view of Thamserku(6608m),
Kusum Kangru(6369m), Nuptse (7879 m) and the world highest mountain Mt
Everest(8848m). Namche is the extra special place to build out how to leisurely
walk from the bosses the watchmen. Namche Bazaar is known as a charming
mountain town as well as the capital of Sherpa’s Peoples. Stay overnight at
hotel.
Day 05: Rest day in Namche Bazaar [3,440m/11,280ft].
Today you
will have a free day in Namche Bazaar an enormous village that is the business
center of the Khumbu. Khumjung is another place to explore; you can be there
after your short hiking from Namche Bazaar. You can visit attractive Chinese
market, Sherpa village and of course you will get enjoy with the brilliant
views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Mt. Thamserku, Ama Dablam, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Kwangde,
and Mt. Nuptse. Stay overnight at hotel in Namche.
Day 06: Trek from Namche to Thame and overnight
[3800m/12467ft] 5-6 hours.
After having
breakfast at Namche, the way leads to the old village called Thamo which is
effortless hike through the valley. Thamo is a tiny Sherpa village. After
exploring the village, continue to Thame. There is small Hydro power where you
can explore. Stay overnight at Teahouse/Lodge.
Day 07: Trek from Thame to Lumde [4137m/13,900
ft] 6-7 hours.
After
having breakfast at the Teahouse/lodge we start our journey to Marlung
throughout the Bhote Koshi River where you can take short break. Then the way
leads ascending to Lumde through the dry valley. It is an exciting hiking with
enjoying the panoramic views of the snow covered mountains and the valley.
Today you can’t see Sherpa village because after Thame there is no village of
the valley. Just once you find the village, hike a bit upper where lodge is
situated to get acclimatize.
Day 08: Trek from Lumde to Renjo La Pass
[5,360m/17,580ft] and further trek to Gokyo [4,800m/15,744ft] 7-8 hours.
After taking
breakfast our trail leads ascending for one and half hour and next easy walks
for a while. At the end, there is hard ascend to get to the top of the Renjo La
from there you will have a remarkable view of Mt. Everest and Mt.Nuptse. You
will also observe Gokyo Lake which magnificent views. From the top of the Renjo
La the way drops down to the Gokya Lake and get in to the lodge.
Day 09: Acclimatization day at Gokyo.
[4,800m/15,744ft].
Today you will have
rest in Gokyo. After having late breakfast at the lodge of Gokyo you can
explore Gokyo Lake by short climb, from where you will discover the Glacier
which is wonderful looking with its tiny glacier lakes. And Stay overnight at
lodge on Gokyo.
Day 10: Trek from Gokyo to Thaknak
[4,750m/15,580ft]. 4-5 hours.
After taking
breakfast at the lodge of Gokyo our trial start to Thanknak. Today is the easy
day but we advise you to begin early because you will have to walk throughout
the Glacier which is the longest glacier of Nepal called Ngozumpa glacier.
Crossing the glacier you will listen to many sounds of the shock falling in to
the small glacier lake. During the sunlit day ice melts fast so we must cross
this glacier before the sun gets sunny. After all you will arrive at Thaknak
and stay overnight at the lodge.
Day 11: Trek from Thaknak to Dzongla
[4,830m/15,840ft] via Cho La Pass that takes 7 – 8 hours.
After having
breakfast at Thaknak our journey starts towards Cho-La Pass. Today is the
complicated day of the trek. This is steep mountaineering for a while and the
way drops downhill to the bottom of the Chola. After that the way leads you
from the rock toward the top which is steep hiking. You can see some Buddhist
prayer flags on the top of the pass which has grand view of the mountains.
There is ice-cold part for a while and once more the journey drops downhill
through the titanic rock and an easy hike at the end to arrive at Zungla and
stay overnight at Tea-house.
Day 12: Trek from Dzongla to Lobuche
[4,940m/16,207ft] 5-6 hours.
After having
breakfast at Dzongla, we will continue our Journey to Lobuche. Then the way
straight hikes up to the Khumbu glacier by following the Duglha before getting
the village of Lobuche. Overnight at hotel at tea-house.
Day 13: Lobuche to
Gorakshep [5,170m/16,961ft] - Everest Base Camp [5,364m/17,594ft] and back to
Gorakshep 7-8 hours.
After your
breakfast the trek will continue for Gorakshep, on the way to Gorakshep we can
view Khumbu glacier by passing north rim of Everest next to Khumbutse and
Pumori, then we will reach Gorakshep. From Gorakshep we will continuous our
trek to Everest Base Camp by passing some short up and down hills. From The
Everest Base Camp we can view Khumbu glacier, Khumbu ice fall, Mt. Pumori,
Khumbutse and further many peaks, then we will come back to Gorakshep and
overnight at hotel.
Day 14: Trekking from Gorakshep to Kalapatthar
[5,545m/18,192ft] and further trek to Lobuche [4,940m/16,207ft] 7-8 hours.
It's not
so simple to get away from such a gorgeous place of nature. However, with more
hopes ahead, we go towards Kalapatthar that lies ahead of Gorakshep.
Kaalapatthar is one of the most wonderful viewpoints in the whole country that
is famous for provide exclusive close panoramic view of Mt Everest. With
ice-covered heart, we leave the site and move towards Pheriche. Stay overnight
at tea-house.
Day 15: Trek
from Lobuche to Chukung [4,730m/15,518ft] via Kongma la pass.6-7 hours.
After
having breakfast at the lodge of Lobuche, your journey will start walking
throughout Khumbu glacier towards Chukung. After passing the glacier and stream
the way leads up to the pass which is the highest pass of this trekking. There
will not be tea shop and water supply so that you will have to carry few
bottles of water to drink. After difficult ascend to the top, the trail drops
steep descend to the Chukung valley where your trek ends for today. Stay
overnight at the lodge or teahouse.
Day 16: Trek
from Chukung to Tengboche [3,860 m/12,660ft] 5-6 hours.
After having
breakfast at Chukung our journey starts to Tengboche. Today is an effortless
day which is downhill throughout the valley. The path continues leads down to
the Dingboche then after the walking valley gets change through few Sherpa
villages. After Pangboche village the way drops downhill to the stream and
cross the bridge. After that the journey leads up to the Tengboche where the
oldest Monastery located on the top of the hill. After reaching at Tengboche we
stay at lodge.
Day 17: Trek from Tengboche to Namche Bazaar
[3,440m/11,280ft]. 5 – 6 hours.
After
taking breakfast at Tengboche we start our trek to Namche. Today your day
starts hiking downward throughout the Rhododendron (National flowers of Nepal)
forest. Once you get at the foundation of the hill, cross the bridge and rock
climbing through the Juniper and pine forest to the Khumjung. After visit the
village at Khumjung we take lunch and continue our hike to the Namche Bazaar.
And stay overnight.
Day 18: Trek
from Namche to Lukla [2,848m/9,344ft] that takes 6 – 8 hours.
After
breakfast at the lodge of Namche Bazaar we start our trek to Lukla.The path
drops down through the pine forest till to the bridge and continue hike to the
Monju. Again some official system had to be complete at the check post of the
National park at Monju and then continue trek to the Phakding, where we will
take our lunch. After lunch we start further trek to Lukla and stay overnight
at the lodge.
Day 19: Fly back from Lukla to Kathmandu
[1,338m/4,389ft]. And rest in Kathmandu.
The
exciting flight takes 45 minutes. The flight will pass through the stream
valleys and most amazing mountains which makes it an unforgettable & major
experience to you. After your flight to Kathmandu airport we pick you to the
hotel & you will have free day. In evening we will offer you farewell
dinner with cultural show. Then back to hotel and stay overnight.
Day 20: Final Departure to International
Airport.
With
remarkable memories taken, we announce an end to our wonderful holiday in
Nepal. Our representatives will leave you to the airport to catch your flight
before 3 hours of scheduled flight time on your ticket.
Information of passport and visas
You must to have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date of your trips. You can easily get visas for Nepal from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or up on arrival in Kathmandu Airport (Tribhuwan International Airport). Nepalese visas cost is USD 25 for 15 days & USD 40 for 30 days.
Information of money & credit card
In Nepal you have to pay 3.5 % credit card commission as per Nepal’s Bank rules, on your payable amount of the total cost. So, please be positive that you bring some cash in USD to pay us. The same, for your extra expenses as well which are not included in our cost. We would like to request you not to change your money in the Airport expect your emergency case. You get the exchange rate is very low there. Our office well provides you the facility to exchange your money. Or, you can change from Money Changers or bank as well. Master Card, Visa Card, Paypal also accepted in major shopping center and in most of the tourist class hotels.
Bring required personal/official document
We want to suggest that to bring some of the required documents like valid passport, 4 extra passport sized photographs (for trekking permits), your travel insurance, airline tickets and luggage tags. Visas can be obtained upon arrival at Kathmandu. For details information about the required official papers don't be hesitate to ask us.
Case of flight delay
Flight by plane and helicopter are might be cancellations or delay cause of bad weather in remote areas. Some other times, operational complication may occur which is more possible to happen in Everest Region- Kathmandu – Lukla – Kathmandu flight, Annapurna region- Pokhara – Jomsom – Pokhara flight, Dolpa, Simikot , Jumla region etc. As these flights have some problem with fixed schedule, it is also suggested to carry extra money for food and accommodations. Trekking in the remote areas, especially during unusual season, you’re advised to keep extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating result. In case of delay in flight previous to trek departure or at the end of the trek, you need to manage your accommodation and food costs by yourself.
About your travel insurance
We request to all our valued clients to make and bring your complete travel insurance package. Your insurance must cover against medical, emergency evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation, natural calamity, lost of gears, theft or damage your baggage etc.
Electricity Crisis Problem in Nepal
It is difficult to told you that Nepal has an electricity problem because Nepal is 2nd richest country in water resource but it is true Nepal still facing the problem. It means there is electricity off for some hours in day and night time. Most of the hotels in Kathmandu, Pokhara and other cities are possible to have no battery backup. In that case Air condition may not work and, sometimes, TV and other electric utensils may not run. Some hotels have possible to run the TV and AC as well. But, only few of them are lies in this standard category.
So, be organized for this while you are traveling in Nepal. For that situation, we suggested you to bring the flashlight with extra batteries.
Clothing and Equipment for Traveling in Mountains of Nepal
Trekking in the Mountains require to arrangement of equipment as you have to find yourself comfortable at higher altitude of Mountains. The basic clothing items are listed here please notice that.
Personal Equipment
- Down jacket or sweater.
- Wind/Water proof jacket (opt).
- Down vest and/or jacket (opt)
- Gloves (2 pairs).
- Sun hat or scarf.
- Sunglasses with UV protection.
- T-shirts minimum 2.
- Underwear (3).
- Hiking shorts (2).
- Lightweight cotton long pants.
- Light & Expedition weight thermal bottoms.
- Wool pants.
- Waterproof pants.
- Thin, lightweight internal socks (4).
- Thick, warm wool Trekking/Hiking socks (4).
- Hiking boots with extra laces.
- Camp shoes or sandals.
Other Necessary Equipment
- Sleeping bag at least rated to zero degrees F.
- Head light with extra bulbs and batteries.
- Basic First Aid Kit (Normal Medicine e.g. Sitamol, Diamox etc.)
- Large plastic bags to keep dry inside items of trek bag.
- Trekking Bag (approximately 2500 to 3000 cubic inches is OK).
- Water bottles (2).
- Toilet paper.
- Small washable towel.

Can I buy/rent equipment in Kathmandu
Yes, you can do that but it is not actually required to spend large amount of your money to buy extra equipment and clothing earlier to your trip because most of the trekking equipment can be hired from Trekking shops within Kathmandu. Most of the gear is locally contrived. Some Chinese equipment are possible to be more expensive but qualitative. You can take Sleeping bag and down jacket easily on rent. Each item can be rented for less than USD 1 per day. You have to manage other items buying them yourself. Surely these items are more possible to be cheaper than those in your Country or hometown. We will display all the necessary equipment you need on the second day of your arrival.

First choose the trip which you want to do? Then contact us through mail or phone, email is more effective and clear as well, after getting your email or call we will process for your booking. To confirm your booking, we need 20% amount of your total amount the payment can be made throughout the Bank transfer, Credit card payment (Master/Visa Card) or through online money transfers also Western Unions, Money Gram or others. After we get the 20% amount your booking will be confirmed and you will get the official booking and payment receipt from us. The rest amount you can pay after arrival at our office or hotel.
