Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport and transfer to
your hotel.
Upon your
arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport you will transfer to the hotel by
our airport representative. After your freshness we will have talk about
your trekking plan in the hotel or our office. You will meet your guide also.
You can ask your question about the trek. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Full day Sightseeing Tours around
Kathmandu Valley.
After your
breakfast we will start sightseeing tour with our excellent tour guide.
Including Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Monkey Temple (Swyambhunath
Stupa), Kathmandu Durbar Squre, Patan Durbar Squre etc. In the tour you have to
chances to learn historical, cultural and traditional background of Nepal.
Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Arughat
[700m/2,296ft] by bus 6-7 hours.
Today
after early breakfast we start our journey to Arughat, it take about 6-7 hours
drive by bus. This is a cool picturesque drive. Stay overnight in lodge at
Arughat Bazaar.
Day 04: Trek from Arughat to Linding
[860m/2,821ft]. 6-7 hours.
Today we
start our trek along the bank of Budhi Gandaki River throughout typically
terraces, several villages, green hills, some beautiful waterfalls and green
forest to reach Liding. The trek takes downhill and uphill throughout forest of
Chilaune, Saal and other flora. Liding is a village which is located on the
banks of the Budhi Gandaki River. We stay overnight at Linding on Tea-house.
Day 05: Trek from Liding to Machha Khola (Fish
Stream [930m/3,051ft]. 6 hours.
After
having breakfast we move to Machha Khola it takes about six hours. The path
passing through forest, streams, villages, beautiful waterfalls and green
valley up-to Lapu Besi. Lapu-Besi is a village mostly engaged by Mongolian
people. Then we start our trip to reach Machha Khola. After arrive at Machha
Khola we stay overnight there at Tea-house.
Day 06: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat
[1,410m/4,625ft]. 5-6 hours.
Today we
cross the Machha Khola [Fish Stream] and start upstream to the small village of
Khola Bensi and the hot springs next to Tatopani. The path is pretty exposed
and difficult in places. After a short part of forest you arrive at the single
tea-house at Doban. At Lauri, you pass the river on a suspension bridge, and
then ascend on a high trial to the fields of Jagat. After arrive at Jagat we
stay overnight in tea-house/lodge.
Day 07: Trek from Jagat to Philim
[1,700m/5,577ft]. 6-7 hours.
After
taking early breakfast we continue our trip to Lakpa. We cross a suspension
bridge over Budhi Gandaki River before you arrive at Philim, a big village
mostly populated by the Gurungs. From Philim you ascend a gradual uphill
stopping for lunch at Ekle Bhatti. After reach at Lakpa we stay overnight in
lodge/tea-house.
Day 08: Trek from Philim to Deng
[1,870m/6,135ft]. 7 hours.
After
having breakfast our trek start to Deng. Today you walk over a flat leveled
trail mostly through forest of Rhododendron, Pine and others. While walking,
you cross a few bridges and can see villages at a far distance. From Deng, you
can get pleasure from a pretty waterfall lying at some distance. Deng is
well-known for its potatoes, barley, buck wheat, cabbage, wheat and spinach and
the people here are mostly occupied in agriculture in this area. Stay overnight
at Deng.
Day 09: Trek from Deng to Namrung [2,630m/8,628ft]. 6-7 hours.
Today we
start our trip to Namrung. In the beginning, we trek almost a plane leveled
trail and then the way moves ascending all the way to Namrung throughout
forest. After arrive at Namrung we stay overnight in lodge/guesthouse.
Day 10: Trek from Namrung to Lho-gaon
[3,100m/10,170ft]. 5-6 hours.
Today we
trek over a windy trail that moves throughout the internal Mountainn range. On
the way, we can enjoy mountains view of Rupinala pass, Gorkha Himal, Mt.
Manaslu, Saula Himal, Lajing peak, Dwijen Himal and many other snow covered
peaks and mountains. As you go up the plants decreases. You come crosswise mani
walls, chortens, prayer flags and monasteries. You can see panoramic views of
Mt. Manaslu, Gorkha Himal, Saula Himal, Lajing peak, Dwijen Himal and others
from Lho-Gaon and stay overnight in lodge/camp.
Day 11: Trek from Lho-gaon to Sama gaon
[3,550m/11,646ft].
Today
after having breakfast our trek moves towards Sama gaon by following the right
bank of the stream, with views of Peak 29 ahead. As you continue on the main
path we will arrives the fields of Sama Gaon. Then stay overnight in
lodge/camp.
Day 12: Hike to Manaslu Base Camp
[4,400m/14,435ft] and come back to Samagaon.
Today we
can hike to Manaslu Base Camp for brilliant views of Samdo (Pang phuchuli);
Simnang Himal, Nagdi chuli, Manaslu glacier, Manaslu ice fall and we can
explore Birendra Kunda (Birendra Lake) which is an ice lake near the Manaslu
Base Camp. Stay overnight in lodge/camp.
Day 13: Trek from Sama Gaon to Samdo [3,875 m/12,713ft]. 4-5 hours.
Today we
continue our trip after having breakfast to Samdo. We trek quietly ascending
all the way to Samdo throughout a desert trial and windy valley. The border of
Tibet is just 4 kilometers away from Samdo. Samdo is an excellent view point
for Mt. Manaslu, Samdo (Pang phuchuli), Manaslu glacier, Nagdi chuli, Manaslu
ice fall Simnang Himal, and several other majestic peaks. Stay overnight in
camp.
Day 14: Trek from Samdo to Larkya La Phedi / Dharmashala
[4,460m/14,632ft]. 4-5 hours.
After
taking breakfast at Samdo we start our trip to Larkya-La Phedi. The path is
rocky and zigzags all the way to our destination named Larkya-La Phedi. Before
we arrive at Larka La Phedi, there is a market called Larkya Bazaar where
seasonal fairs are held for the local people. After all we will find a
Dharmasala at Larkya La Phedi. Stay overnight in lodge/camp.
Day 15: Trek from Larkya La Phedi / Dharmashala
to Bhimthan [3,590m/11,778ft] via Larkya La pass [5160m]. 7-8 hours.
After
early breakfast we begin our trek to Bimtang a steep ascent until Larkya La
throughout a windy and rocky trail. From here, we can take pleasure with the
views of Larkya peak, Cheo Himal, Mt. Manaslu, Ratna chuli and many other snow
covered peaks & mountains. Crossing the Larkya-La pass, we follow a steep
downhill trail through rock and ice. On the way, we will meet many icy lakes.
Bimthang is a large valley with a number of Mani walls and deserted houses.
Stay overnight in lodge/camp.
Day 16: Trek from Bimthang to Dharapani
[1,860m/6,103ft]. 4-5 hours.
Crossing
this high field you descend the valley of the Burdin Khola to the region of the
Base Camp for the West side of Manaslu. From a point at 4150 meters, we have
admirable views of Manaslu to the South East and Annapurna II to the South
West. Past a bridge over the headwaters of the Dudh Koshi River, we move down
into a rhododendron forest and follow a trail throughout a narrow valley until
you arrive at the highest cultured land in this valley at Karche. Then walking
down we passes a watercourse to achieve Tilje. After leaving Tilje, we reach
Dharapani passage a bridge over the Marshyangdi River and stay overnight in
lodge/camp.
Day 17: Trek from Dharapani to Jagat
[1,800m/5,905ft] takes about six hours.
Today we
trek all the way over a downhill path along the bank of Marshyangdi and Dudh
Koshi River. On the way, we hike throughout pleasant villages such as Tal,
which is a beautiful village with an attractive waterfall. Finally, we come
across Jagat, which is a stone village located on a ledge, that extends into
the precipitous Marsyangdi valley. Stay overnight in lodge/camp.
Day 18: Trek from Jagat to Nagdi [850m/2789ft].
4-5 hours.
Today our
trail descends from Jagat through the Marshyangdi Valley. We cross Marshyangdi
River at Synge and hike through Ghermu trail (Ghermu field). This part of the
walk is pleasant along a flat leveled path with views of green valleys and
villages at some distance. Past this Ghermu field and a village, our trail goes
ascending for nearly half an hour to arrive at Bahundanda. After that we
descend all the way to Nagdi and Stay overnight in camp.
Day 19: Trek from Nagdi to Besishahar
[823m/2700ft] 4-5 hours.
After
taking breakfast we start our trip along a flat leveled path all the way to
Besishahar throughout villages such as Khudi, Bulbule and others. Our route
cuts across terraces, ridges and sometimes you cross small rivers. Beshishahar
is district headquarter of the Lamjung. Stay overnight at lodge/camp in
Besishahar.
Day 20: Drive back to Kathmandu. About 7 hours.
Today we
drive back to Kayhmandu. It is a scenic drive on the way back to Kathmandu
along the banks of the Marshyangdi and Trishuli rivers with marvelous views of
green hills, mountains, farming terrace and colorful villages on both sides of
road.
Day 21: Free day in Kathmandu.
Today is
put for your rest day after your long trekking; you can do some shopping in
Kathmandu or you can add pleasant mountain flight to Mt. Everest as extra
activity if requisite. At the evening Mountain Nepal Trek offers you the
Typical Nepalese Dinner with cultural shows in a famous neighboring food
restaurant.
Day 22: Transfer to International Airport for
your final departure.

catch your flight back to your home.
Information of passport and visas
You must to have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date of your trips. You can easily get visas for Nepal from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or up on arrival in Kathmandu Airport (Tribhuwan International Airport). Nepalese visas cost is USD 25 for 15 days & USD 40 for 30 days.
Information of money & credit card
In Nepal you have to pay 3.5 % credit card commission as per Nepal’s Bank rules, on your payable amount of the total cost. So, please be positive that you bring some cash in USD to pay us. The same, for your extra expenses as well which are not included in our cost. We would like to request you not to change your money in the Airport expect your emergency case. You get the exchange rate is very low there. Our office well provides you the facility to exchange your money. Or, you can change from Money Changers or bank as well. Master Card, Visa Card, Paypal also accepted in major shopping center and in most of the tourist class hotels.
Bring required personal/official document
We want to suggest that to bring some of the required documents like valid passport, 4 extra passport sized photographs (for trekking permits), your travel insurance, airline tickets and luggage tags. Visas can be obtained upon arrival at Kathmandu. For details information about the required official papers don't be hesitate to ask us.
Case of flight delay
Flight by plane and helicopter are might be cancellations or delay cause of bad weather in remote areas. Some other times, operational complication may occur which is more possible to happen in Everest Region- Kathmandu – Lukla – Kathmandu flight, Annapurna region- Pokhara – Jomsom – Pokhara flight, Dolpa, Simikot , Jumla region etc. As these flights have some problem with fixed schedule, it is also suggested to carry extra money for food and accommodations. Trekking in the remote areas, especially during unusual season, you’re advised to keep extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating result. In case of delay in flight previous to trek departure or at the end of the trek, you need to manage your accommodation and food costs by yourself.
About your travel insurance
We request to all our valued clients to make and bring your complete travel insurance package. Your insurance must cover against medical, emergency evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation, natural calamity, lost of gears, theft or damage your baggage etc.
Electricity Crisis Problem in Nepal
It is difficult to told you that Nepal has an electricity problem because Nepal is 2nd richest country in water resource but it is true Nepal still facing the problem. It means there is electricity off for some hours in day and night time. Most of the hotels in Kathmandu, Pokhara and other cities are possible to have no battery backup. In that case Air condition may not work and, sometimes, TV and other electric utensils may not run. Some hotels have possible to run the TV and AC as well. But, only few of them are lies in this standard category.
So, be organized for this while you are traveling in Nepal. For that situation, we suggested you to bring the flashlight with extra batteries.
Clothing and Equipment for Traveling in Mountains of Nepal
Trekking in the Mountains require to arrangement of equipment as you have to find yourself comfortable at higher altitude of Mountains. The basic clothing items are listed here please notice that.
Personal Equipment

- Thin, lightweight internal socks (4).
- Thick, warm wool Trekking/Hiking socks (4).

Other Necessary Equipment
- Sleeping bag at least rated to zero degrees F.
- Head light with extra bulbs and batteries.
- Basic First Aid Kit (Normal Medicine e.g. Sitamol, Diamox etc.)
- Large plastic bags to keep dry inside items of trek bag.
- Trekking Bag (approximately 2500 to 3000 cubic inches is OK).
- Water bottles (2).
- Toilet paper.
- Small washable towel.

Can I buy/rent equipment in Kathmandu
Yes, you can do that but it is not actually required to spend large amount of your money to buy extra equipment and clothing earlier to your trip because most of the trekking equipment can be hired from Trekking shops within Kathmandu. Most of the gear is locally contrived. Some Chinese equipment are possible to be more expensive but qualitative. You can take Sleeping bag and down jacket easily on rent. Each item can be rented for less than USD 1 per day. You have to manage other items buying them yourself. Surely these items are more possible to be cheaper than those in your Country or hometown. We will display all the necessary equipment you need on the second day of your arrival.

To confirm your booking, we need 20% amount of your total amount the payment can be made throughout the Bank transfer, Credit card payment (Master/Visa Card) or through online money transfers also Western Unions, Money Gram or others. After we get the 20% amount your booking will be confirmed and you will get the official booking and payment receipt from us. The rest amount you can pay after arrival at our office or hotel.
